我叫他做礼拜叻沙,因为这档每逢星期日开档。由于烹煮叻沙的功夫繁多,人手不足,所以只在每逢星期日开档。在华林市大街上可以看见这档三轮车叻沙。他们的叻沙汤头是自己熬煮的,味道浓稠,用料十足。这里炒叻沙也是使用濑粉,搭配其他叻沙配料如大葱,黄梨,黄瓜,薄荷叶和鱼肉泥为主,色香味俱全。先把濑粉与其他配料一起搅拌然后才吃,再加入虾膏,口感会比较丰富,另外酸辣度很适中,味道相当出众。
